If you purchased something and want to exchange for another item, you are welcome to do so only within 14 days of receiving the item. Please send me an email at email@example.com with your order number and explain what you would like to have exchanged.
The item must be returned to me in new condition. Your replacement item will not be shipped out until I have received the item and the item is inspected to be in the same condition as I sent it out. Tracking is not necessary but recommended so you can track when I receive the package. You will be shipping to an address in Canada and not the one that appears on your package. I will send you this address upon agreeing on the exchange. The address on the package is not mine, it is the address of the shipping company I use to offer lower and quick international shipping.
I am not liable for any shipping charges (both to send to my address and send you the new item, I will need to invoice you the shipping amount to complete the exchange). If you prefer to resell the item you purchased and purchase the new item instead, you are welcome to do so (see resale policy here).
If I have sent you an incorrect item, an exchange will not be needed and I can ship you the new item with no additional charge due to the error being on my part.
